Today was perhaps the best clinic day we will ever have. Today was the day Ezra celebrated the end of treatment by RINGING THAT BELL!
892 days after he was diagnosed. Hundreds of doses of chemo, 8 doses of radiation, just over a dozen blood product transfusions, about 20 lumbar punctures, and so much more and our fierce warrior is DONE!
Thank you so much to everyone who helped us get here. Our oncologist, our nurses, our other special hospital staff, the Kids with Cancer Society, Amy’s House, Ronald McDonald House Edmonton, Kelly and Lesley Bunn for accommodations during those first awful months, Paul and Janice Remillard for so many meals, our family, our church families, and our friends. Our lives and this journey has been blessed in one way or another by each of you, and we are so grateful.
Most importantly, we thank God for his hand of protection and healing in our son. Praise God!

Praise God for sure!! It has been an honor and a privilege to follow Ezra and your family on this journey. To be able to pray daily for a special child even not knowing him is very special.
Your mom whom we knew for years through Foundation Distributing as we had a Christian bookstore for many years forwarded the link. We also know your dad as he did landscaping at our home.
We thank God for families like yours in these days who withstand trials and remain strong in the Lord. Without Him we are nothing. May your family be continually blessed!
