Celebrating two years in treatment

Celebrating a cancer treatment milestone may sound strange – especially to those of you who have not been directly touched by cancer. But, for us, this anniversary marks two more years of life.

While we hope and expect Ezra to have many, many more of these anniversaries, the reality is that two years ago Ezra was dying. Today, after two years of treatment, he is thriving.

With just five more clinic appointments ahead of us, and a date to officially ring his end of treatment bell scheduled for late January, I feel like we are racing towards the finish line.

Before we get there though, I felt it important to celebrate this day (which was actually on August 6) and what better way to do that than with some photos?
